Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, California State University, Fresno, California.

Experience: Presently holds a California Real Estate Sales License and has been in the development business since 1999.

Nick Lattanzio mainly oversees the company’s new developments with a focus on land acquisitions, entitlements, and numerous ground-up developments in retail, office, and housing, but specializes in Multifamily.

After he graduated with his Bachelor of Science at Fresno State in 1996, he worked at CB Richard Ellis. In 1997, he completed his first retail development deal (IHOP) before joining the family business, Latco Enterprises.

Nick resides in Encinitas with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work and family, his passions are surfing, snowboarding, and golf.
