Krissy McCullick

President / Partner

Krissy has over 20 years of experience with QuickBooks and Yardi property management software, 14 of those years with Latco Enterprises.

She is capable of handling multiple development and construction projects while overseeing the bookkeeping of all the property management. She has worked on numerous construction, CMBS, and refinancing loans.

Krissy currently lives at the beach. When she isn’t chained to her desk, she enjoys being active and traveling with her family.
