Education: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, California State University at Fresno, California.

Experience: Presently holds a California Real Estate Sales License and has been in the development business since 1999.

Nick Lattanzio mainly oversees the company’s new developments with focus on land acquisitions, entitlements, and numerous ground up developments in retail, office and housing but specializes in Multifamily.

After he graduated with his Bachelor of Science at Fresno State in 1996 he worked at CB Richard Ellis. In 1997 he did his first retail development deal (1HOP) prior to joining the family business, Latco Enterprises.

Nick resides in Encinitas with his wife and two daughters. Outside of work and family, his passions are surfing, snowboarding and golf.
