Krissy McCullick

President / Partner

Krissy has over 20 years experience working with quick books and yardi property management software, 14 of those years have been with Latco Enterprises.

She is capable of handling multiple development and construction projects and oversees the bookkeeping of all the property management. She has worked on multiple construction loans, CMBS loans and refinances.

Krissy currently lives at the beach. When she isn’t chained to her desk she enjoys being active and traveling with her family.
